Финансовият директор на компанията разказа за бъдещите планове и новите модели

Журналисти от Bloomberg успяха да разговарят с финансовия директор на Xiaomi Чу Шоу Чжи и разбраха какви са плановете му за компанията в близко време. Той заяви, че имат намерение да положат големи усилия, за да постигнат успех на китайския пазар по отношение на популяризирането на 5G. В частност, през 2020 г. е планирано пускането на 10 смартфона, поддържащи това поколение мрежи.

За Xiaomi домашният пазар не е приоритет сега. Компанията иска да завоюва пазара на Западна Европа. По думите на топ мениджъра, вече са налице съществени успехи в този регион. Компанията е заела четвърто място сред всички производители на смартфони. Най-голямо е постижението на Xiaomi на испанския пазар. Там тя е на второ място.

При това ръстът на популярността на устройствата на компанията не се ограничава само със смартфони. Потребителите в Западна Европа с охота купуват носимата електроника на Xiaomi, което в крайна сметка е спечелило на производителя второ място по дял от пазара в ЕС.

Популярни са и електроскутерите на компанията. Те й позволиха да заеме 70% от този пазар в ред европейски страни. За кои става дума, Чу Шоу Чжи не уточнява. Той допълва, че миналата година Xiaomi е успяла да увеличи продажбите на своите продукти с 90% и е влязла в топ 4 на най-бързо развиващите се марки на пазара.

Китайската компанията има намерение да утвърди още повече присъствието си в Латинска Америка, Африка, Югоизточна Азия и Индия. Колкото до американския пазар, то засега навлизането там няма да се форсира.

Финансовият директор на Xiaomi заяви още, че американските почитатели на Mi ще трябва да почакат още. Това означава, че експанзията на американския пазар през 2020 г. не влиза в плановете на китайската компания.
