През 2018, Бразилия е била най-засегнатата от този тип обаждания страна. Там са били отчетени над 37 спам обаждания месечно. Това се дължи основно на обаждания от телеком оператори и такива свързани с изборите. Индия, която беше на 1во място през 2017, изпада до втора позиция.
