А1 спечели първо място в категорията „Корпоративен ребрандинг” по време на годишните награди BAAwards, които проведоха на 10 октомври. Телекомът беше отличен от журито на престижния конкурс за своята кампания „Мтел става А1”, разработена съвместно с креативната агенция Saatchi & Saatchi Sofia.
„Мтел става А1” е сред най-успешните и ефективни кампании по ребрандиране на българския пазар. Според национално представително проучване на GFK, проведено само 2 месеца след преименуването на телекома, 94% от българите знаят новото име на телекома. Въпреки промяната А1 остава предпочитан избор за потребителите по отношение на мобилните услуги.
Компанията се ребрандира през месец май, след като 23 години беше позната на всички като Мтел. Новото име е само част от цялостния процес по промяна на компанията. Основната идея в него е, че А1 се вслушва все повече в мнението на клиентите, за да отговори на техните очаквания и прави живота им в дигиталната ера по-лесен и по-забавен. Ребрандирането позволи на компанията да гарантира по-високо качество на своята мрежа, да направи технологиите по-достъпни и лесни, и да осигури лоялно отношение и удобство на клиентите си.
„Не оцеляват нито най-силните, нито най-интелигентните. Успяват тези брандове, които най-добре се приспособяват в дигиталната ера, слушат и чуват потребителите си и имат страхотни екипи – вдъхновени и вдъхновяващи”, сподели Христо Вълков, старши мениджър „Управление на бранда” в А1.
A1 традиционно попада сред победителите на BAAwards. В миналото издание на конкурса компанията бе отличена с първа награда за старта на своите спортни канали MAX Sport. BAAwards се организират за пета поредна година, като този имаше рекорден брой постъпили заявки – 44. Целта на конкурса е да отличи най-добрите постижения в сферата на маркетинговите комуникации, като този път експертното жури награди общо 12 рекламни и комуникационни кампании.
