18 младежи участваха в реални бизнес проекти в рамките на тримесечната „A1 лятна академия”
А1 приключи първото издание на инициативата „A1 лятна академия”, в която се включиха 18 младежи, постигнали отлични резултати във водещи университети и гимназии. В началото на месец юли те бяха поканени от телекома за участие в обучения и дейности, допринасящи за професионалното и личното им развитие. Повечето от участниците в тримесечната „А1 лятна академия“ продължават кариерата си в компанията.
Програмата на „А1 лятна академия“ беше фокусирана в три основни направления – „Маркетинг”, „Информационни технологии” и „Телекомуникации”. Младежите бяха разпределени в различни екипи спрямо областта, в която учат. По време на академията те развиха умения за работа с Excel, презентационни техники, способност за ефективна бизнес комуникация и участваха в реални проекти на компанията. Част от „А1 лятна академия“ бяха и доброволческите инициативи – в началото на септември младежите почистиха и освежиха няколко зони в Зоологическа градина – София.
В процеса на опознаване на компанията участниците в „А1 лятна академия“ получиха и консултации за кариерно развитие от обучени специалисти. Повечето от тях се включиха и в програмата young.LEADERS.talk 2019 на „Съвета на жените в бизнеса“, организирана в партньорство с А1. В продължение на пет седмици студентите и учениците имаха възможност да се запознаят с реалната бизнес среда чрез серия от пет обучения и пет посещения във водещи фирми в страната.
„A1 лятна академия” е част от поредицата инициативи, които А1 организира в подкрепа на младите и талантливи ученици и студенти в България. Само през 2019 година в различни проекти на компанията ще преминат над 100 младежи от водещи учебни заведения у нас. В дългосрочен план компанията развива и собствена целогодишна стажантска програма, която дава шанс на младите и амбициозни хора да усъвършенстват своя потенциал.
