С новата инициатива компанията кани изявени младежи да се включат в обучения и реални проекти
А1 стартира „A1 лятна академия” – нова инициатива, която ще даде шанс на изявени младежи от водещи университети и гимназии да се включат в различни дейности, които ще допринесат за тяхното развитие. В първото издание на проекта ще участват общо 17 ученици и студенти, които бяха специално поканени от А1 заради отличните резултати, които се демонстрирали в различни събития на учебни заведения у нас. Програмата е с продължителност 3 месеца и е фокусирана в три основни направления – „Маркетинг”, „Информационни технологии” и „Телекомуникации”.
Участниците в „A1 лятна академия” ще бъдат разпределени в различни екипи спрямо професионалната област, в която са обучават, и ще работят по реални бизнес проекти. Те ще имат възможност и да преминат обучения, които имат за цел да надградят техните умения – excel, design thinking, презентационни умения и ефективна комуникация. Докато опознават компанията, участниците ще получат и кариерно консултиране, в рамките на което, обучени специалисти в компанията ще помогнат за развитието на всеки участник.
Най-добре представилите се по време на академията, ще получат възможността да поемат ново предизвикателство, свързано с развитие в компанията на постоянна позиция или продължаване обучението си в А1 и през следващата учебна година. Те ще бъдат възнаградени от компанията и със специална стипендия за постигнатите резултати.
„A1 лятна академия” е част от поредицата инициативи, които А1 организира в подкрепа на младите и талантливи ученици и студенти в България. Само през тази година в различни проекти на компанията ще преминат над 100 младежи от водещи учебни заведения у нас. От години компанията развива и собствена целогодишна стажантска програма, която дава шанс на младите и амбициозни хора да усъвършенстват своя потенциал.
