Компанията Huawei е подготвила за пускане два нови таблета MediaPad M5. Новите продукти се предлагат с IPS дисплеи с диагонал 8,4 и 10,8 инча. Резолюцията и при двата модела е 2560х1600 пиксела.
Дисплеите са покрити със защитно стъкло с ефект 2.5D. Както отбелязва производителят, за първи път тази опция се предлага в таблети. Съобщава се още за възможност за използване на стилус съвместно с нови устройства.
Анонсираните таблети са с метален корпус с подсилени краища.Това ще гарантира допълнителна защита на дисплея.
Собствениците на 10,8-инчовия модел ще могат да използват и допълнителна клавиатура, която позволява трансформирането на таблета в лаптоп.
Устройствата на борда си носят процесор Kirin 960, 4 GB оперативна памет, а капацитетът на вграденото хранилище е 32, 64 или 128 GB. Налице е слот за карта памет microSD.
На задния панел е разположена 13-мегапикселова камера с автофокус, а на лицевия панел е достъпна 8-мегапикселова камера с фиксиран фокус.
