Постоянното увеличаване на производителността на съвременните смартфони, които почти бяха равни по този показател с компютрите, е основна причина, поради която има какво да се иска по отношение на автономната работа. В момента се смята, че добър резултат е, ако устройството ви служи от сутрин до вечер без нужда от презареждане. В такива условия, когато потребителите са принудени да търсят контакт, неприятно е да се разбере, че някои производители преувеличават реалните показатели за автономност на апаратите си.

Експерти от британската асоциация на потребителите «Which?» проведоха независим експеримент, чиято цел е да се установи съответстват ли заявените от производителите характеристики. За целта са сравнени над 50 устройства от 5 различни марки. Те са подложени на стандартен тест за автономна работа в режим разговор. Получените резултати са сравнени с предварително заявените.

Как производителите ни мамят?

Опитът показва, че най-нечестният производител е Apple. Средно в Купертино завишават показател автономност на фирмените устройства с 31% - вместо 19 часа те служат не повече от 15 часа. Дори iPhone XR, който е определян като смартфонът на компанията с най-продължителна автономна работа, успял да издържи едва 16 часа и 32 минути срещу заявените от производителя 25 часа.

При HTC нещата стоят малко по-добре. Смартфоните на компаниите средно имат автономна работа с час по-малко от заявеното от производителя.

Представители на двете компании пред експерти от «Which?» са пояснили, че провеждат внимателно тестовете на смартфоните в съответствие с изработени през годините стандарти за качество.

Най-честните производители

Това са Nokia, Samsung и Sony. Техните устройства, които са взели участие в експеримента, са били с доста близки постижения, сравнено с предварително заявеното.
