Instagram от април тази година тества промени в своята платформа, които ще скрият лайковете, познати още като харесвания. Тестовете започнаха в Канада и обхванаха още 6 страни, включително Ирландия, Италия, Япония, Бразилия, Австралия и Нова Зеландия. В момента компанията разгръща теста и в САЩ.

Тази новина дойде от шефа на Instagram Адам Мосери по време на изявление на конференцията WIRED25. По думите му тестването започва в САЩ, като стартът ще бъде поставен следващата седмица. Количеството на харесванията от някои потребители може да изчезне.

Бройката ще бъде видима от създателя на поста, но другите няма да имат възможност да я виждат.

Скривайки харесванията Instagram цели „вашите последователи да се съсредоточат върху съдържанието, а не върху това колко лайкове получават вашите постове“.

Тази промяна безусловно ще бъде приветствана от хората, които вярват в социалната среда без стрес и тревоги. Ще има и недоволни потребители на платформата, тъй като изчезването на лайковете може да повлияе на доходите им от Instagram. Подобни показатели, както и количеството лайкове, често се използват в качеството на мярка за производителност в социалните мрежи.
