Този чипсет работи с 8 ядра Kryo 485 с тактова честота 2,84 GHz и 7-нм техпроцес, има видеочип Adreno 640 и поддържа памет LPDDR4X.

В средата на 2019 г. Qualcomm представи Snapdragon 855+, негова особеност е оптимизацията за игри и виртуална реалност. Честотата се увеличи до 2,96 GHz, което доведе на свой ред до ръст на производителността с 4,2%. Бързото действие на графичния чип бе увеличено с 15% за сметка на повишаване на честотата от 585 MGz до 672.
