HTC One X бе един от първите ми смартфони с Android, разказва един от редакторите на сайта AndroidInsider. Още тогава устройствата на тази компания удивяваха с външния си вид, спомня си Владимир Ухов. Освен интересна външност, моделите имали красив интерфейс Sense 4.
Честно да ви кажа, именно заради него ми се искаше да се сдобия с устройството, допълва редакторът.
С времето HTC One X поостарял. Всички приложения започнали да забиват. Интерфейсът обаче работил плавно. Неотдавна Ухов решава да го използва отново. Като резултат забелязал, че с Google Play се справя трудно, както и с всички други по-нови версии на Telegram, YouTube, Twitter. Трябвало да чака по няколко секунди, за да се раздвижи лентата на Twitter.
Тогава му хрумва интересна идея – ако самата система работи не по-лошо от тази на настоящите флагмани, а „увисват“ само страничните приложения, защо да не се инсталират на HTC One X старите версии на приложенията? Така Ухов намира APK-файловете на YouTube, Twitter и др. Инсталира именно тези верси, които са били актуални към 2012 г. Т.е. когато One X е бил флагман.
Идва прозрението. Лентата в Twitter вече се прелиства идеално плавно. Ако поставите до One X iPhone 6 с iOS 11.3, може да се убедите, че HTC работи доста по-добре.
Има, разбира се, едно но. Собствениците на Android-устройства от 2012 г. имат възможност да инсталират стари версии на приложенията, както и възможността да използват по-стара версия на интерфейса. Потребителите на айфони да се оправят както могат.
